Faces of Jesus
Each of the images above are part of a collection that our dear friend Bob Campbell has built in his home over the past 50 years. He was kind enough to scan the collection and share it with us. We’re happy to bring Bob’s collection to life by sharing it with our readers on Lucid Practice.
What’s your favorite image?
Any pictures to share?
Grateful that this collection is now viewable to the public. This is a treasure.
My favorite picture is the one on the top right hand side. I especially like each one with Jesus smiling. What’s your favorite, Brian?
Timmy,
I like “Jesus Concordia” its 2nd row down, 1st on left.
I also like “Jesus Serious” its the one where Jesus’ face is wrapped.
We are blessed to have this collection 🙂
Yes, “Jesus Concordia” is one of my favorites. Very welcoming, in this one, Jesus speaks to me saying, “I’m here, I accept all with compassion.”
“Jesus Serious” is interesting. I wonder what the artist is trying to convey. Brilliant collection.
Anyone else have any favorites?
I like those that you picked out salso. The one that is special to me is the Sacred Heart of Jesus, looking right at me, slight smile, hands outstretched. (6th row, left) It’s on the wall in my bedroom right across from my bed, so it’s the first thing I see when I wake up and the last thing I see before I turn off the light at night. Nice way to begin and end the day!
Thanks for posting these pictures, Brian!
My prayer is that Jesus will touch each person who views them , each in their own way – that many people will get to have a personal realtionship with Jesus.
